Ricardo Fujikawa
Graduated from Marilia School of Medicine in 1993 and completed medicai residency in Internal Medicine and Haematology. In 2001, he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree (Magna Cum Laude) from Palmer College of Chiropractic, receiving several awards, including the John Connolly Memoria! Award. He has served as president of the Brazilian Chiropractic Association and Head of Studies at Spain’s first chiropractic program. Currently, he is associated faculty at Southern California University of Health Sciences and a lecturer and module leader at McTimoney College of Chiropractic – Madrid Campus. He also co-founded the Fujitega Research Foundation and remains active in chiropractic education globally.
Summary of the Lecture
This webinar will provide an in-depth exploration of diagnostic imaging as a criticai tool far chiropractors. Focusing on real-world case studies, the lecture emphasizes how imaging can guide patient management decisions and optimize clinica! outcomes. By reviewing practical examples, attendees will gain insights into when and how to best utilize imaging modalities such as X-rays, MRls, and CT scans in chiropractic practice. Special attention will be given to integrating imaging results with clinica! findings to form comprehensive care plans. Additionally, the session will cover optimal use guidelines to ensure effective, evidence-based, and patient-centered approaches.
